Raspberries

The variety Brillante was especially developed for SanLucar. It combines the best from Tulameen and Glen Lyon varieties. This raspberry is less vulnerable and lasts longer after harvest through this tasty crossing. The big pretty fruits are collected only from young, one-year old branches. You can easily recognize its quality on the whole and dry surface, which is homogeneously red in colour.

SanLucar's Tip:

• After shopping, raspberries should be stored in the coolest area of the fridge and eaten as soon as possible.
• They should not, as far as possible, be washed and in any case not soaked, because they loose their flavour.
