Raspberries

The variety Brilliance was especially developed for SanLucar. It combines the best from Tulameen and Glen Lyon varieties. In Huelva, in the South of Spain, SanLucar raspberries find the ideal climatic conditions. This raspberry is less vulnerable and lasts longer after harvest thanks to this tasty breeding. The delicious fruits are collected only from young, one-year-old branches. You can easily recognize its quality by the large calibre and the intensive red colour. Furthermore the Brilliance excels thanks to its high sugar content of 11 degrees.

SanLucar's Tip:

• After shopping, raspberries should be stored in the coolest area of the fridge and eaten as soon as possible.
• They should not, as far as possible, be washed and in any case not soaked, because they loose their flavour.
