Lemon


SanLucar lemons come from the best fields in South Africa and the Spanish coastal region of Vega Baja del Segura. There, lemons are cherished with good soil, a lot of sun and a nice seebreeze. Because SanLucar lemons have more to offer than just the fresh, not too sour flesh, their skin is not treated, so that you can use them to bake and cook.

SanLucar' Tip:

  • Hot lemon juice with sugar or honey helps overcome the flu.
  • Lemons can last at room temperature of 15-18° C for up to several weeks. Cooled, they last longer.
  • So that cut lemons last longer in the fridge, lay the lemon with the cut surface up on a plate and put a glass on top of it.
