Only the extraordinary Hass-Avocado is allowed to wear SanLucar’s name. This variety was developed in 1930 in California and is the great-grandmother of all Hass trees worldwide. The speciality of the Hass avocado is its soft, white to green flesh, which tastes lightly sweet and nutty. You can recognize this delicious fruit by the black, thick skin with small bumps.
