Herbs are very demanding in care, transport and packaging. So it is good that SanLucar brings a lot of experience to deal with them. This way we only choose herbs that can endure temperature differences and variable humidity conditions. In the end, herbs must be able to survive on a window ledge. SanLucar cut herbs are only available in a transparent basket, so that they keep their freshness and full aroma.

SanLucar' Tip:

• Choose when buying them only plants with strong, deep green leaves and look for the nice, typical smell of each variety.
• You should harvest the herbs shortly before flowering. In this state they have the highest mineral content and the best combination of contents, especially etheric oils.
