Olive oil


The cold pressed olive oil from SanLucar comes from the traditional production of small Andalusian family companies. Due to its ideal climate, with a lot of sun, little rain, mild winters and hot summers the best olives are grown for SanLucar olive oil. So that you can have the best olive oil for each meal, SanLucar offers you genuine olive oil of two different varieties. The variety Arbequina is especially good for fish and salads and the Picual variety rounds up the meat aroma.

SanLucar' Tip:

  • The best storage temperature is 7º C - 20º C. Protect the oil from smells, air, humidity and direct sunlight. Storing oil over or under these temperatures will not affect its qualiy, but can lead to strong colour variations.
  • When preparing salads, you should take care of keeping the right order. First the salt, then the vinegar or lemon juice and last the oil. Oil covers salad ingredients with a layer and impedes that the other ingredients of the salad dressing mix well.
