Olive oil



We obtain our olive oil only from the cultivation of traditional family-run companies in Andalusia. As you know, we just want to offer products of the best quality. Therefore our olives are harvested by hand and only when they are ripe enough. Right on the day of the harvest, the olives are cold-pressed gently; they are genuine and no preservatives are added. Our SanLucar olive oil is available in two varieties: Picual and Arbequina. Both have a fresh almond aroma. The variety Picual taste fruity and intense, whereas the olive oil from the Arbequina variety is aromatic and mild.

SanLucar' Tip:

  • The best storage temperature is 7º C - 20º C. Protect the oil from smells, air, humidity and direct sunlight. Storing oil over or under these temperatures will not affect its qualiy, but can lead to strong colour variations.
  • When preparing salads, you should take care of keeping the right order. First the salt, then the vinegar or lemon juice and last the oil. Oil covers salad ingredients with a layer and impedes that the other ingredients of the salad dressing mix well.
