Apricots


Only through a great amount of sun rays are apricots really tasty, they therefore come from the sunniest areas of France and Turkey. SanLucar sugar apricots are a Turkish speciality. Due to their high amount of fruit sugar they have an extra-sweet taste.

  • If you consume them fresh they are astringent, if dry, they are digestive.
  • Apricots are especially appropriate for cooking desserts, for example for jams, juice and marmalade.
