Special Tomatoes

We understand under special tomatoes, tomatoes with a special refinement. Most of them are old varieties, which surprise us due to their out of ordinary shape, colour or aroma. You only need a little bit of oil and salt to stress the unique flavour of these delicatessen tomatoes.

• SanLucar special tomatoes should be, if possible, not kept in the fridge. At normal room temperature they develop their finest flavour and the best aroma.
• These tomatoes do not last long. You should not store them long and when eating them, take care that they have a red-darkgreen colour.
