Celery

For celery sticks SanLucar chooses only resistant varieties with green, thick leaves and an average weight. The main characteristic for SanLucar celery sticks is that they grow up straight, firm and frog green. You can buy them with or without leaves. With leaves the sticks last longer and you can recognize at once how fresh the celery is.

SanLucar' Tip:

• Celery lasts up to five months, stored and cooled.
• Cut celery becomes brown quickly, so you should sprinkle it with lemon juice and wrap it in cling film, close to the cut place.
