Chinese leaf

Chinese leaf comes, as the name says, originally from China. It has long leaves, depending on the variety with more or less strongly marked veins. The leaves can be yellow to dark green. You can recognize the SanLucar China leaf through its fresh, firm head and free of spots or wrongly coloured leaf veins.

SanLucar' Tip:

  • Chinese leaf can be kept in the fridge up to one week, but it loses its high vitamin content.
  • Never cook the Chinese leaf for too long. To keep the color and the vitamins, boil the Chinese leaf in only a little bit of water.
