Aubergines/Eggplants



SanLucar aubergines have a very good flavour and a shiny skin. Because they are especially resistant, they also mature when the weather conditions are not the best. Our aubergines have a very smooth texture and a really good taste.

SanLucar' Tip:

  • Because aubergines get dry easily, you should wrap them in aluminium foil and keep them cool.
  • Aubergines stay white and juicy if you cut them in slices and then soak in salt water with a spoon of sugar.
  • When you grill them, use little oil, because aubergines soak lots of oil.
