Special-Peppers

So that you can bring variety to the table, there are special SanLucar peppers. The grill chili “Pimiento de Padrón“comes originally from South America, it is especially small and, due to its spicy flavour, especially appropriate for the grill. The very long, very red pepper tastes seductively sweet. And the mini peppers are not only sweet and small, but also because of their size – or better said, lack of it – they are used everywhere.
