Fruit salad with fresh ginger cream



Preparation:

Peel and grate the ginger finely. Cut the mango, pear and banana into small cubes. Cut the grapes into halves and remove the seeds if necessary. Wash the raisins and mix with the orange juice and the rest of the fruit. Whip the cream and season it with ginger, cardamom and aniseeds. Put the fruit salad in dessert bowls and decorate with cream topping. Variation: sweeten the cream with brown sugar.

200 gr cream
Half a SanLucar orange
1 banana
100 gr of SanLucar grapes
1 Sanlucar pear
1 knife tip of cardamom
1 handful of sultana raisins
1 tsp grated ginger root
1 pinch of aniseed powder
1 SanLucar mango
