Preparation:
Wash the fruits, cut them in pieces and mix them carefully with the sugar. Cut the vanilla stick along its length and scrape the marrow. Mix the Mascarpone, the Marsala, and the scraped vanilla until forming a cream. Whip the cream and incorporate it into the cheese cream. Cut the fruit in small pieces, spread on the cream and let them sink in a little bit. Cut the cookies into big pieces and sprinkle on the rest.

2 packages of vanilla sugar
1/2 vanilla stick
250 gr Mascarpone (fresh italian cheese)
2/3 table spoons Marsala wine
1 table spoon sugar
100 gr cream
50 gr amaretto cookies
