Spicy pears and apples compote



Preparation:

Squeeze both oranges. Peel the pears and apples and remove their hearts. Cut the fruit in cubes or cut it into halves and mix it immediately with the orange juice. Squeeze the cardamom capsules open with the back of the knife. Cut the laurel leaves. Boil the fruit cubes with the juice and spices. Leave it boil on a low heat for 3-5 minutes. In the compote there should still be fruit pieces. Season the compote with sugar and let it cool.

6 cardamom capsules
2 laurel leaves
4 cloves
50 gr sugar
