Tuna steaks with pepper and mango sauce



Preparation:

Put the tuna steaks in the lemon juice and half the mango nectar juice. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Melt half the butter and sauté the mango, the pepper strips, the onion, the garlic and the chilli. Add the rest of the mango juice. Let it boil for 10 minutes, stiring until the sauce thickens. Add the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Let it boil for 5 more minutes and, finally, keep it warm. Preheat the grill. Melt the rest of the butter and add the tuna marinade. Let the tuna steaks grill for 6 minutes on each side, while you spread the marinade on it. Serve each steak with the mango sauce.

1/2 tsp of salt
50 gr butter
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 small onion in fine rings
Juice of two lemons
2 parsley stems, finely cut
100 ml mango nectar juice
4 tuna steaks
1 SanLucar mango, peeled, without stone, in fine slices
1 red SanLucar pepper, without seeds in strips
1 green SanLucar pepper, without seeds in strips
1 yellow SanLucar pepper, without seeds in strips
1 ½ tsp finely cut chilli
2 coriander sticks, finely cut
