Preparation:
Roast the sesame seeds without oil in a pan until they are golden-brown. For the dressing: Mix the orange juice, mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar. Wash the SanLucar strawberries and cut them along their length in fine slices. Wash and dry the SanLucar lettuce. Use just the most tender leaves.
Cut the tips of the asparagus and then along their length in fine slices. Pour the salad dressing in two bowls. Mix, on one side, the asparagus and strawberries, on the other, the lettuce with alfalfa sprouts.
Serve the strawberries and asparagus salad on big plates and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds.

Cut Sanlucar strawberries in quarters, stir with sugar, vanilla sugar and some lemon drops. Leave them to rest for 15 min. Add cream. Season with pepper. Mix and serve.

500 gr SanLucar strawberries
1 SanLucar Lolo Rosso lettuce
100 gr alfalfa (lucerne) sprouts
20 gr sesame seeds
75 ml orange juice
1 tsp medium-strength mustard
3 tsp raspberry vinegar
3 tsp SanLucar olive oil
One pinch of salt
One pinch of sugar
