Mission:

We are looking for an energetic, innovative and dynamic Transport and Distribution Supervisor who has a proven track record in managing a highly commercial operation in a fast-paced environment. Experience of effectively running a successful transport function in a high pressure environment. Responsible for the transport and distribution operations and also for providing excellent standards of service, efficiency and performance through outstanding people management skills.

Reporting directly to the Logistics Director this person will be managing and coordinating the transport and distribution operations ensuring that the business needs and the strategic plan are met. Coordinating all Europe transportation activities she/he will be in charge of the day to day operations of the transport area managing efficiently a team of 4 persons.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure daily transport and distribution operations.
  • Negotiating and bargaining transportation rates or services.
  • Being the first point of contact for the rest of departments and the logistic providers as well as developing and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational policies and procedures.
  • Regularly liaising with the Overseas Import/Export Supervisor to ensure a smooth running of both areas.
  • Confronting climate change issues by implementing transport strategies to new clients and markets.
  • Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation and distribution.
  • Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities. Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Monitoring transport costs and achieve the overall logistics transport department budget.
  • Participate in personnel development of the team through talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high performers, education, communication, expectation setting and self-actualization.

 

Profile of the position:

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisor position managing logistics/transportation operations in an international environment, preferably with perishables products.
  • Experience in customs procedures, air and sea freight import/export operations as a valuable asset.
  • Fluency in written and verbal Spanish, English and German
  • Proficient in standard business office software. Knowledge of SAP as a valuable asset.

Mitarbeiter (m/w) in der Qualitätskontrolle/ -sicherung

Das solltest du mitbringen: Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen und Fachwissen im
Lebensmittelbereich und hast Spaß im Umgang mit Obst und Gemüse. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium
mit agrarwirtschaftlichem oder ernährungswissenschaftlichem Hintergrund (zB. Agrartechnik,
Landwirtschaft, Ökotrophologie) oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung (zB. Gärtner, agrartechnischer
Assistent, Landwirt) sind von Vorteil. Gute Englischkenntnisse (oder Spanischkenntnisse) runden dein
Profil ab.
Die Qualitätskontrollen der ein- und ausgehenden Warenpartien und das Erstellen von
Qualitätsberichten in unserem Frischelager am Standort Ettlingen gehören ebenso zu deinen
Aufgaben, wie die Überprüfung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards, Spezifikationen und die
Einhaltung der SanLucar- Qualitätsrichtlinien. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Qualitätsabteilung
in Spanien und Holland gilt es, Prozesse stetig weiter zu entwickeln. Hierfür setzten wir Kenntnisse bei
der Überwachung und Auswertung von Qualitätsdaten nach internationalen Standards voraus.

We are looking for an energetic, innovative and dynamic Communication Manager. Reporting directly to the CR/Communication Director you will be responsible for creating, developing and driving innovative communication strategies for both internal and external corporate communication, as well as Partners communications.

Foresightedly you will secure the orientating of all communication channels directed to target groups with regard to dialog and reaction abilities, up-to-dateness as well as relevance for all SanLucar stakeholders.

The close and trustful co-operation and coordination initiated and driven by your communication measures with the responsible for marketing and sales of the company will be one part of this challenging task.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Help to define and implement the Global Communication strategy and action plan for B2B to deliver strong ROI:
  1. Develop and manage the B2B Communications budget, including measurable targets, KPIs and evaluation of activities.
  2. Specifically define and implement the Press and Digital B2B Communication strategy including management of Social Media accounts and Email communications.
  3. Define a PR strategy, strengthening relations with international and national media representatives, creating new media partnerships, and actively monitor relevant media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders according to business objectives and needs of communication plans.
  1. Builds and maintains an effective working relationship with key media and advocacy groups.
  2. Interacts with internal stakeholders to proactively counsel on specific B2B communication needs.
  3. Guide team members in all B2B communication activities and public relations, creating adequate spokespersons on behalf of SanLucar.
  4. Works with Corporate Communications to provide communications counseling for issues/crisis management.
  • Identify opportunities and events to build the SanLucar brand (attend press conferences and networking events).
  • Responsible for all aspects of B2B communications activities specially in the German market, including digital marketing, campaign management, PR, media planning & buying, media relations and more.
  • Create and curate adequate B2B communication material for different purposes as reports, blogs, newsletters, website updates and press releases; and help develop other internal and external communication material needed such as corporate presentations or brochures.

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a corporate or agency setting, preferably with cross-functional exposure to campaign management, ideally gained in the FMCG industry.
  • Good media relationships and contacts in Germany and understanding of how to build strong relationships with media business and industry media partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal command of German, English and Spanish.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills and good presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative team player with good cross-cultural adaptability.
