 Misión: El objetivo de este puesto es el de organizar el transporte y la logística del Área de Berries, asegurando el correcto servicio de los pedidos de los clientes.
Tareas del puesto:

  • Gestión y coordinación de cargas, transbordos y descargas
  • Documentación, seguimiento de expediciones y resolución de incidencias
  • Contacto con clientes y proveedores
  • Contacto con transportistas
  • Optimización costes de transporte

Perfil:

  • Idiomas: alemán e inglés nivel alto
  • Formación académica a nivel de diplomatura, licenciatura, ingeniería técnica en Organización Industrial y/o formación específica en logística
  • Experiencia en logística de perecederos
  • Experiencia laboral en algún transportista o departamento de logística

 Mission:Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the objective of this position is to lead the quality department according to the internal policies and to coordinate the information flows from all relevant departments in SanLucar and the Quality Department.

Tasks of the position:

  • Define and implement our premium quality strategy and collaborate closely with the Commercial Director (also reporting to the COO)
  • Design and implement quality systems of highest standards
  • Collaborate on the evaluation of the suppliers of SanLucar
  • Inform the Commercial department about every incidence which affects the quality of the goods
  • Provide information about relevant quality trends of the products (both on the production as well as consumer side)
  • Maintain a regular communication with external service companies in terms of quality
  • Design improvement plans for every producer and realize the following implementation
  • Provide quality and trend reports internally
  • Summarize information for the commercial meetings
  • Guard the fulfillment of the food security requirements of every supplier in every country
  • Provide daily information of freights to the different regional managers

Coordinate and supervise the technical team of Spain:

  • Coordinate the Quality Technicians of Spain, both in the fields as in the office
  • Be responsible for the communication with the Commercial department
  • Define the responsibilities of the members of your team (15 people), elaborate objectives for everyone and measure the fulfillment

Profile on the position:

  • Between 5 and 8 years of work experience in similar positions in fresh product companies (ideally experience in Fruit & Vegetables)
  • Formation in engineering of Agronomy or Agriculture
  • Knowledge of Systems of Quality (ISO, IFS…)
  • Knowledge of the Security of Food: valid legislation, requirements for the commercialization of fruits and vegetables, requirements of the clients
  • Knowledge in European & Overseas products
  • Knowledge in current fruit varieties

Desired competences:

  • Languages: control of Spanish, German and English.

 Mission: Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the objectives of this position are:a)   Responsibility for new self-made SanLucar projects worldwide.Responsibility for the running-in phase of the productive activity in our new agricultural projects. You will be the final responsible person for the running-in phase and the development of all productive-related processes while co-operating close with the team of SanLucar International who manages and administrates the different countries. You will be responsible for the investment budget at a productive level.b)   Responsibility for the daily operations and the production of all international bases of SanLucar worldwide.

Responsibility for the agricultural development of the production properties that are already in working order, including the adaption of necessary infrastructural transformations to the needs of the company, while co-operating close with the team of SanLucar International who manages and administrates the different countries.


Desired qualifications: 

  • Agronomic Engineer
  • Master degree in Business Administration.
  • High technical knowledge about fruits and vegetables.
  • Work experience in agricultural development.
  • At least 10 years of work experience leading a multiproduct farm or farms in different sites all over the world.
  • Languages: English and Spanish. Desirable French.
  • Strong analytic and strategic problem solving skill set in a highly dynamic environment

Technical job profile:

 Misión:Garantizar la correcta atención a los clientes internos y externos de la empresa y apoyar al resto del equipo Office Management.

Tareas del puesto:

  • Asegurar la correcta atención al cliente externo y la comunicación de éste con el cliente interno:Atender y filtrar llamadas en el teléfono centralita, recibir y filtrar el correo, reservar y preparación de las salas donde atender a las visitas incluyendo la organización del catering, controlar el registro de salas, atender a las visitas y a la Dirección durante las reuniones, controlar el registro de ausencias y dar información puntual al cliente externo, etc.
  • Velar por el buen uso de los bienes comunes:Controlar el correcto cumplimiento de los registros, llevar a cabo la decoración de la oficina, apoyar al equipo OM en mantener la orden en la oficina, etc.
  • Apoyar al cliente interno en gestiones ajenas al trabajo diarioRealizar las gestiones locales externas, organizar los envíos de mensajería, actualización de la lista telefónica interna en intranet, BBDD y de los listados internos OM, etc.
  • Apoyar en tareas de gestión administrativa de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

Perfil:
