We have really always known it: a poor diet makes you unhappy. And now, even science is leaping to this opinion. A Spanish study has shown a link between bad eating habits and depression. The researchers are blaming trans-fats.

They are found mainly in industrially manufactured foods and fast food.

Conclusion of the study: anyone who takes in lots of trans fats increases the risk of developing long-term depression. So stay away from Burger & Co.! Better stick to fruits and vegetables.
