Sporting spirit at the Environmental Workshop

Anybody who has seen our sports school d.r.e.a.m.s. kids playing In Ecuador knows that they have loads sporting spirit. This is fantastic; because team spirit is something you can use your whole life.

Recently at an environmental workshop, we showed our football boys how important it is to be fair to mother nature. Together we learned how to properly recycle and easily build water filters to reuse dirty water. We also built a compost for organic waste. But the highlight of our workshop was the planting of open spaces: everyone here became the godfather of a tree and was allowed to plant it by himself and put a sign with his name next to it. This way the kids can always look at how their godchild is doing and how fast they are growing.
