Nerve nourishment? You can do it healthily, too!

Anybody who experiences stress in the office every now and then, or has to cram a lot for the university will surely agree with us that sometimes you really need some nerve nourishment!

But did you know that stress killers don’t have to be unhealthy? For example, potassium and vitamin B6 – which you get from our creamy sweet bananas – are friends and supporters of the nervous system. Know what else helps when it’s stressful? Eating peppers! Because our immune system really loves the extra portion of vitamin C they have in them. And because our body uses it to protect itself from oxidative stress, the delicious vegetable is even more likeable! So it’s logical that we can’t keep our hands off our favourites! 😉
