Kiwi yoghurt ice-cream

Have you always totally looked forward to when the ice cream man rang his bell as a child? And the older you got, the less interested you were. Let’s be clear – at one point, you have enough of the best vanilla, strawberry or chocolate ice cream. However, the childhood hero has been back for a while now. Because our colleague occasionally brings homemade kiwi yoghurt ice cream.

And when our phones ring twice, then we know that there’s a reason to be happy again! Well, not everyone can have such a great colleague. But the recipe is always here!


  • 8 SanLucar Kiwis
  • 150g fine sugar
  • 1/2 SanLucar Lemon
  • 400ml yoghurt
  • 30ml orange liqueur
  • 1 bowl of SanLucar Nibbling Berries


Peel the kiwis, dice and mix with sugar. Steep for 30 minutes. Press half of a lemon. Puree kiwis – slowly add sugar, lemon juice, yoghurt and orange liqueur. Put in an icemaker and freeze. Put the finished ice cream in a bowl, decorate with kiwi slices and Nibbling Berries.
