Delicious combo: Banana cheese skewers

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 2 SanLucar Gourmet Bananas
  • 100 g of cheese (Emmentaler, Gouda or Manchego)
  • 500 g breadcrumbs
  • Water
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sunflower oil
  • Soy sauce

Preparation:

Mix the breadcrumbs with cold water until spreadable. Cut bananas and cheese into pieces of the same size and skewer a piece of cheese and banana on a toothpick. Heat the sunflower oil in a high frying pan.

Dip the skewers in the breadcrumbs and fry them in the hot oil until the breading is golden brown. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and dip in soy sauce before eating – that’s it!
