Sweet strawberry omelette

So is your week’s schedule so full again, too? An appointment here and something else to take care of … We think: Just after such turbulent days, you should quietly enjoy a little time out. But you don’t have to drive anywhere for this – a little delicacy on the balcony does the job just fine! Our Strawberry Omelette is just the thing for relaxation. And because we’re sure you will love it as much as we do, we copied the recipe for you right away. Bon Appetit!


  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 75 g of flour
  • 400 ml of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • Sugar to taste
  • 250 g SanLucar Strawberries


Preheat oven to 200°C. Stir eggs and sugar until frothy. Add flour. Squeeze or brush out circles of 12 cm in diameter from the batter on a lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove, fold and allow to cool. Beat until very firm the cream, cream stiffener and sugar to taste. Fill the Omelette with this. Place the washed and quartered strawberries on the whipped cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
