Gourmet pan with tomatoes and gnocchi

SanLucar Pralinen tomatoes are particularly good for grilling or roasting because they have firm fruit flesh and taste wonderfully aromatic. As for herbs, I recommend fresh oregano, basil, thyme and rosemary to taste. They give the dish a wonderful Mediterranean touch.


  • 200 g of Pralinen Tomatoes
  • 500 g of gnocchi
  • 1 onion
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Arbequina olive oil
  • Fresh herbs
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Salt & pepper


Boil the gnocchi in salt water. Dice the onion and fry together with whole garlic cloves in olive oil. Add the gnocchi and halved tomatoes and sauté. Then add the cream and tomato paste. Simmer for a few minutes and season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs (for example, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary).
