Bell pepper oak-leaf mix

Our aromatic paprika Bell Pepper Oak Leaf Lettuce Mix not only contains vitamin A, B and C as well as many minerals, but also tastes deliciously fresh and nutty. So, we are sure that good resolutions have never been so delicious.


  • 1 bowl of SanLucar Rainbow Bell Peppers
  • 1 oak leaf lettuce head
  • ½ SanLucar Lemon
  • 50 g peanuts or pine nuts
  • 1 bunch of SanLucar Parsley & 1 of Thyme
  • 2 tbsb SanLucar
  • Arbequina Olive Oil
  • Coarse sea salt & black pepper


Grill the colourful bell peppers from both sides until the skin bubbles. Remove skin and remove core. Cut the bell peppers into strips. Wash the oak leaf lettuce and cut into small pieces. Put the bell pepper slices and salad into a bowl. Squeeze half a lemon. Mix with lemon juice, peanuts or pine nuts, chopped parsley, thyme and olive oil. Season with coarse sea salt and black pepper from the grinder.
