Mexico says “Hola”! All you need for this delicious guacamole are our sun-ripened and perfectly ripe avocados.
5 avocados
100g tomatoes
100g onions
1 lime
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
Salt (to taste)
To serve: 
Corn chips (Nachos)
Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork to create a puree. Now, chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces and add to the avocado puree, mixing everything together. Finely chop the coriander and mix with lime juice.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a little Tabasco to the guacamole if desired. Serve with Nachos. ¡Buen provecho!
