Ingredients:

  • 8 clementines
  • 250 g sugar
  • 350 ml of water
  • 5 g star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves

Preparation:

Add sugar and 250 ml of water to a pot and heat slowly. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Peel the clementines and divide them into individual pieces. Add to a bowl and mix with the spices. Boil the syrup until it turns dark. Remove the pot from the heat and spoon in 100 ml of boiling water. Rock the pot lightly back and forth. Pour the hot syrup on the clementines and spices. Cool and serve with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream. Bon Appetit!
