Our vision is to provide natural vitality and health to everyone. Every day, we sell around 830.000 kilograms of fruits, vegetables, juices, smoothies and tens of thousands of flowers and plants from 35 growing countries globally. Despite this considerable quantity, every fruit and every plant is special to us. They are something that is alive. They require a lot of care, knowledge, manual work, and a green thumb, too. This is the only way to give our 100 varieties of fruit and vegetables from pineapple to lemon the good taste and our flowers and plants the beauty for which they are known.
Of course, we also have a long list of certifications that confirm our quality and mindful treatment of nature, such as GlobalG.A.P., IFS, DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as QS. Years of research on our own exclusive varieties, careful selection of the best fruits and plants in the fields and ideal harvest time are a matter of course for our long-term growing partners and for us. And exactly these best fruits are processed without additives in our smoothies, juices and hand-cut fresh fruit blends.
Just as we address the growing needs of all our fruits, vegetables and flowers, it is also important to us to strengthen the social communities on our farms. As an owner-managed company with a young, international team, we are very passionate about providing our more than 3,200 employees from 30 nations with an environment in which they can blossom, thrive and develop. The prospects of taking on such exciting tasks and pursuing a career with us are therefore sunny.

When Stephan Rötzer from Munich founded SanLucar in sunny Valencia back in 1993, it was already important to him to do everything a little better. In the meantime, he has not only succeeded in getting an international company off the ground but has also been very successful in establishing SanLucar as a brand.
Even though a lot has changed at SanLucar since the beginning, the constant search for improvement is part of SanLucar like leaves are to trees. So, Stephan Rötzer has already been able to fulfill his greatest wish: “People should be excited – as if they were going to Grandma’s garden and picking their favorite fruits, vegetables and flowers themselves.
