Sweet regards from Jack’s Salute

Today our quality expert Oscar Salgado from our farm Rooihoogte in South Africa comes out with this beautiful photo. In South Africa, it’s now high summer and thus the best time for aromatic grapes. These are called Jack’s Salute. They are very sweet to the taste and seedless. Are mouths are already watering, but we have to wait a bit until we can eat them. The magnificent umbels aren’t harvested until mid-February. Until then, enjoy the South African sun!
