Gourmet strawberry tiramisu

Our strawberries have definitely filled up on sun and are just the right thing to provide your taste buds with the feeling of spring. Snack on them plain or as a delicious main ingredient in a fresh strawberry tiramisu. Here is the recipe:


  • 800 g SanLucar Strawberries
  • 500 g of mascarpone
  • 1 SanLucar Lemon (squeezed)
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 160 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g Cantuccini (Italian almond cake)
  • 200 g of natural yoghurt
  • 200 ml of cold espresso




Dice 400 g of strawberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice and 60 g of powdered sugar. Stir in 400 g of strawberries, place aside. Mix yogurt, mascarpone and 100 g of powdered sugar together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Place the Cantuccini in a flat bowl and sprinkle with espresso. Alternate layers strawberry puree, mascarpone cream and strawberry slices. Garnish with strawberries. Allow the tiramisu to rest in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. Bon Appetit!
