Vegan Christmas balls

It doesn’t always have to be chocolate. A delicious alternative is these vegan Christmas balls made from our creamy-sweet caramel dates. And the great thing is that this heavenly holiday treat is very easy to prepare and gives you natural energy in winter.

Ingredients:
200 g pitted dates

100g ground almonds
50 g almond flakes
30g dried plums
30g cranberries
1 tbsp baking cocoa
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp applesauce
2 tsp gingerbread spice
Preparation:
Chop the dates, dried plums, and cranberries and mix with the ground almonds. Mix the fruit-nut mixture with the remaining ingredients until a smooth mass is formed. Put this in the refrigerator for an hour. Then separate teaspoon-sized portions, shape them into balls and roll in almond flakes. The delicacies are ready. Store chilled.
