Clafoutis are delicious delicacies somewhere between casserole and cake. Like many sweet treats, they originally come from French cuisine. Traditionally, a clafoutis is made with cherries, the Clafoutis aux cerises. We tried a combination with grapes, which is no less delicious.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of grapes
- 90 g of sugar
- 80 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 ml of milk
- 4 tbsp cream
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
Preparation:
Put eggs, egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Fold in flour gradually. Add milk and cream and mix to a smooth mass. Halve grapes, remove seeds and fold in. Place the dough in a baking pan (a quiche pan is quite suitable) or several small casserole or muffin trays and bake at 200 degrees about 40 minutes. Bon appetit!
