Ingredients:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 litre of green or black tea
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves

Preparation:

Peel the pineapple and remove the core. Cut and puree the fruit flesh. Mix the fruit puree with lemon juice. Place the ice cubes in a carafe and fill to 2/3 with freshly brewed tea. Stir the pineapple puree. Ready!
