Bananas are simply awesome: As a snack on the go, they are super practical and have a great many fans, but our gourmet bananas can do much more. Because they are so sweet and creamy, they are perfect for making desserts and baking. Too expensive and time consuming? I have a very easy muffin recipe for you, which offers the highest enjoyment – despite minimum preparation time:
Ingredients:
- 3 SanLucar Gourmet Bananas
- 350 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp SanLucar Olive Oil
- Muffin tin
- Paper muffin cups
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and insert the paper muffin cups in the muffin tray. Cut the bananas into small pieces and mash them with the hand blender until creamy – add a little water. Add the sugar and eggs and mix. Then add salt, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and olive oil. Fill the muffin cups with batter and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Take out and allow to cool. Garnish with a banana slice – that’s it!
