Small, strong, blue

Small, strong, blue

The inner values are what matter! This also holds true for the small, round-shaped blueberries. The deep blue berries, also known as bilberries, huckleberries, whortleberries or woodland berries, not only taste sweet and flavourful, but they are also practically bursting with nutrients and vital substances. That’s why they’re called superfood. They are even said to be able to intercept and neutralise cell-damaging free radicals. And researchers have discovered that blueberries are supposed to increase children’s mental performance. Therefore, it can only be a very good idea to snack on juicy-sweet blueberries every day. And don’t worry, blueberries are low in calories and also a safe, healthy treat for diabetics.
